team was happy. It was also great to have had the track announcers praise the
team for traveling so far and putting on a great show. They are already

Joey’s Place Race Team in Bakersfield California:Joey and his team along with six other race teams from Edmonton made the long haul to Bakersfield California to compete at the NHRA Hot Rod Reunion. Out of the 6 teams – 4 funny cars made the very competitive show. Joey qualified in the #6 spot out of 24 cars in his class. He made it all the way to the final round. Unfortunately Joey went out of shape, took out a center cone and lost. All things considered the team was very happy with the results and the memories from their weekend.
