BEST APPEARING CAR --- ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONALS 2008 We are very pleased to have been asked to paint the Tenacity Funny Car and it is very exciting to have the IHRA pick it as the "BEST APPEARING CAR" at the Rocky Mountain Nationals in Edmonton.

First time out in Las Vegas This great looking 1969 Camaro bodied funny car was finished only hours before it left Las Vegas,  the NHRA Heritage Series Race. Along with the Joeys Place team there was seven local race teams of which 6 were our customers. Fortunately all 7 qualified and 4 made it past the first round of eliminations.

Past project in 2008 car show:  We are proud to have been involved ( a few years ago) with this car's body and paint. It has been featured in national magazines and the "50 years of Mopar Muscle"  book. The list of awards for this car is long and what is best is the owner actually drives the car when showing it all over the western U.S. and Canada.

Shop Project Featured:  This 1970 Mustang was the feature car at the recent (spring 2008) Electric Garage Auction in Red Deer, Alberta. We were told the car fetched the highest price ever paid for a car at an Alberta Auction.

1971 Hemi Challenger.  The customer brought us a silver 440-4 bbl car and a picture of what he wanted.  Here is the final product. The paint is a true candy apple red. The engine is a 582 cubic inch Hemi, rated at 700 horsepower, a 727 transmission, a Strange Dana 60 Detroit Locker rear end, and Foose wheels.

World's Ultimate Mopar at 2008 EMDA Auto Show We will feature more than fifteen examples of our work during the 2008 "New Car Auto Show" . One feature will be this 1971 440-6 Pack Road Runner.  In 2007 the car was judged to be the best in the world. It won the “Worlds Ultimate Mopar" at the Mopar Nationals in Las Vegas.
